“Cooking the veggies and valuing myself”

Well, to be specific, i’m cooking the inedible parts of the veggies into mush to create yummy yummy juice. I love making stock; it’s like composting, but the return is so much more immediate. She thinks we have too much stock (just because the freezer is full), and pointed out that i am usually so reasonable. By which she means it is usually me telling her that we can always get more later, instead of getting enough to last months now. I contend that this doesn’t apply to home-made stock, because we can’t just go to the store to get more.
