no Foodie Friday: i warned you...

…that i couldn’t be trusted with things like deadlines and regularity. I’ll get better! I’m trying! It’s not ’cause i don’t love you!

It’s because i’m busy at work, and trying really hard to be able to leave early.
And because i’m going to The Land of the Sun and the Moon this weekend!!! (hence trying to leave work early)
And because i spent lots of last night trying to write the post i alluded to yesterday, which resulted in that post being incomplete and the Foodie post not even begun.

To prove my love, i offer you a few of my favorite things:

“I can’t be an alcoholic; i only drink beer!”
you would also note, if you could see, that there was no food in my house at the time

that was remedied by a trip to the farmers’ market!
(also, veg stored out of the fridge keeps its nutritional quality much longer…till it rots)
